Aria Laughing? A Comedy Concert

Aria Scared? Spooky Songs for Halloween

For this concert, the Dallas Classical Singers is resurrecting (pun intended!) some of the group’s favorite spooky tales from classical music: Schubert’s “Erlkönig” (The Elf King”), Saint-Saëns’ “Danse Macabre”, the Witch’s scene from Verdi’s “Macbeth” and many others!  This program will be sung mostly in English.

This event is co-hosted by Play Frisco – Parks & Recreation.

The Pleasures and Follies of Love

A concert of love-themed arias, duets and ensembles by famous operatic and musical theater composers was performed as a part of the Music In the Chamber concert series in the acoustically superior Council Chamber of George A. Purefoy Municipal Center in Frisco. Featuring Nina Polachek, Doug Brunker, Francisco Bedoy, Konstantin Travinsky, Blake Davidson and Yana White.

Open House at Frisco Discovery Center

The Dallas Classical Singers were very excited to participate in the 2nd Annual Open House hosted by the Frisco Discovery Center! This was a short concert of lighthearted opera arias and ensembles inspired by lovers! This was a free event, and we were delighted to perform alongside several other music and dance groups from the Frisco area. Featuring Yana White, Holly Howard, Meg Tsai and Wei-Shu Tsai.
