Dallas Classical Singers

The Dallas Classical Singers return with an evening of laughs, featuring music from Mozart, Offenbach, Gilbert and Sullivan, and some Broadway favorites as well! Join us for unexpected romances, tipsy antics, Greek gods in disguise, bird-catchers, and more! This program is sung fully in English.

For this concert, the Dallas Classical Singers is resurrecting (pun intended!) some of the group’s favorite spooky tales from classical music: Schubert’s “Erlkönig” (The Elf King”), Saint-Saëns’ “Danse Macabre”, the Witch’s scene from Verdi’s “Macbeth” and many others!  This program will be sung mostly in English.

A concert of love-themed arias, duets and ensembles by famous operatic and musical theater composers was performed as a part of the Music In the Chamber concert series in the acoustically superior Council Chamber of George A. Purefoy Municipal Center in Frisco. Featuring Nina Polachek, Doug Brunker, Francisco Bedoy, Konstantin Travinsky, Blake Davidson and Yana White.

The Dallas Classical Singers were back in action on this cold winter day! Yana White, Holly Claire Howard, Kay George and Jordan Jones sang their favorite Christmas songs at the beautiful chapel during the Second Sunday Open House at Frisco Heritage Center.

The Dallas Classical Singers were very excited to participate in the 2nd Annual Open House hosted by the Frisco Discovery Center! This was a short concert of lighthearted opera arias and ensembles inspired by lovers! This was a free event, and we were delighted to perform alongside several other music and dance groups from the Frisco area. Featuring Yana White, Holly Howard, Meg Tsai and Wei-Shu Tsai.

The Dallas Classical Singers presented their very first concert of musical selections inspired by birds and lovers, in partnership with Frisco Heritage Center’s “Third Sunday Open House” program. Featuring Yana White, Holly Claire Howard, Ivey Barr, and WeiShu Tsai, with Mark Graham at the piano.
